i have been taking two different meds for years now with moderate to poor success. Sometimes I have to urinate every hour. My age is upper 80s. My urologist prescribed Cialis 20 mg daily about 18 months ago. Amazing medicine. I still have erectile dysfunction and benign prostate hyperplasia but both have improved more with Cialis than Flomax and Proscar. Bathroom trips once per night usually. My penis stays somewhat engorged 24/7 and I am in a constant state of arousal and "sexual awareness". I don't get hard enough for penetration but my penis extremely sensitive.
